The contribution presents the story legislation, the specificity of mediation and data of a qualitative research on the topic of mediation in health. In 2010, a provision of law had imposed the “obligation” of mediation in conflicts between patients and doctors, and between different operators of the production system health. A subsequent disposal of the Consulta made the regulation in 2012 non active.
